These terms govern use of The Cleaning Genies LLC application. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access is limited by role. You may use only the features and records that The Cleaning Genies authorizes for your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the application, interfere with its operation, access another person's data without permission, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
Cleaning services and payments
Quotes, schedules, service scopes, deposits, invoices, cancellations, and recurring services are governed by the specific agreement or order presented for that work. Application records help administer those agreements but do not replace any separately signed service contract.
Content and communications
You retain rights to content you submit. You permit us to store and use that content as needed to provide and support the service. Service-related notices may be delivered through the application or the contact details on your account.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and liability
The application is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The Cleaning Genies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms, security concerns, or the end of the applicable business relationship. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
